Life Coach and Yoga Teacher, Valerie D’Ambrosio shares her most favorite breakfast choice with Om Collection.  “Perhaps for some people it would be considered slightly overboard to have pancakes each morning.  I say, HECK NO!  They are packed with nutrients, healthy fat, fill me up, and are super tasty. Everyone who I make them for wants the recipe, so I wanted to share it with you all.  Enjoy!” 

Protein Pancakes
1/4 cup of multi-grain or GF pancake mix
1 egg or egg white
1 scoop of protein powder
2 tsp of pumpkin seeds
¼ cup blueberries (if you want fruit) or you can add chocolate chips
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds or chia seeds
Dash of Cinnamon, salt, nutmeg
Mix ingredients together and add a little water or milk until desired consistency.  Prepare skillet with ghee or coconut oil and pour pancake mix to desired size of each pancake.
