Celery Juice on an Empty Stomach has enormous Health Benefits
When you think of green superfoods, celery may not be the first veggie to come to mind. Kale, spinach, or even avocados are known for their health benefits, but celery juice is actually ‘having a moment". Believe it or not, drinking 18oz of celery juice on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning can lead to some serious health perks.
