If you are dissatisfied with any regular priced ONLINE order, we offer a full refund or store credit within 30 days of your initial order. Shipping/handling charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are at customer's own expense.
RETURN: To receive a refund, the items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and without scent or pet hair of any kind. If items are received in sub-par condition there will be a $10 cleaning charge. If items cannot be made "new" then they will be returned at the buyers expense.
Clearance items and festival purchases are final sale, no exception.
EXCHANGE: Our current technology does not allow us to offer a traditional "exchanges" at this time. Simply purchase the desired item on our website and return the unwanted item with the instructions above.
We are an online boutique and frequently change our color and style offerings. To assure you receive your desired color and size garment, we recommend purchasing your NEW garment immediately.
We guarantee that we will SHIP all in-stock products within 7 business days of your order pending any unexpected issues, pre-orders or special orders. We primarily ship USPS priority (3-5 day) for all domestic orders, but reserve the right to select alternative tracked shipping solutions. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to delayed or lost packages that are beyond our control. We do our best to ship asap and often your package will arrive within a week, however we are a small and growing company and experience back-logs at times.
We do not currently offer express shipping. We hope to add this in the near future. Feel free to email us if you are trying to get a package by a certain date and we will try to help when possible, but please understand we are limited by hours in the day and manpower and cannot meet all requests.
International shipments are subject to an extended delay in customs that can range from 1 day to 5 weeks. While we agree this is ridiculous and unreasonable, it is beyond our control, and we are hopeful that our products make up for any frustration in delivery time. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/fees that may be incurred at your port of entry. Every country handles imports differently and we are not able to control the package or determine potential costs beyond the borders of the USA. If you have questions about this it is best to contact your local postal service or customs officer. If you would like to request a specific carrier service, we will do our best to accommodate.
