If you are dissatisfied with any regular priced ONLINE order, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your initial order. Shipping/handling charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are at customer's own expense.
To receive a refund, the items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and without scent or pet hair of any kind. Clearance items and festival purchases are final sale, no exception.
Interested in making an exchange? Simply purchase the item you want and send us an email stating the item you want to return. We are an online boutique and frequently change our color and style offerings. To assure you receive your desired color and size garment, we recommend purchasing your desired NEW garment immediately. We will issue a return for your ORIGINAL purchase within 10 business days of receiving it along with HALF of your shipping cost (domestic shipping only). All international orders are responsible for the return shipping in full. This helps us maintain inventory levels and guarantees we won't sell out of an item you want during the delay in receiving your returned item.

We guarantee that we will SHIP your order within 7 business days of your order, pending any issues or special orders. We ship USPS priority (3-5 day), but we cannot guarantee delivery date due to delayed or lost packages that are beyond our control. We do our best to ship asap and often your package will arrive within a week, however we are a small and growing company and experience back-logs at times.
We do not currently offer express shipping. We hope to add this in the near future. Feel free to email us if you are trying to get a package by a certain date and we will try to help when possible, but please understand we are limited by hours in the day and manpower and cannot meet all requests.
International shipments are subject to an extended delay in customs that can range from 1 day to 5 weeks. While we agree this is ridiculous and unreasonable, we are hopeful that our products make up for any frustration in delivery time. We are looking for a better solution for international packages.
